However, HydroHoist also offers dock protection solutions under the HydroGuard name.

How is the HydroGuard mounted?
Each HydroGuard bumper is mounted by bolting it directly to the boat lift's frame. The guards have molded-in attachment points on the back that align with the lift structure for a secure fit.

Can I use this guard on a dock or PWC platform as well?
No. Its shape and mounting system are custom-molded to fit the specific profile of a boat lift's arms, not the flat surface of a dock.

Does the HydroGuard kit include mounting hardware?
No, this kit contains a set of four blue HydroGuard bumpers only. The corresponding hardware kit, which includes the necessary bolts and washers for installation, is sold separately.

Is the material UV- and saltwater-resistant?
Yes, the HydroGuard is made from non-marring, high-impact polyethylene resin. It is UV-resistant to prevent cracking or fading from sun exposure, making it durable in both freshwater and saltwater environments.
